Their Rottweiler Size
The Male Rottweiler
The difference in size and weight of a Rottweiler pup is slight. They are weaned when they are 8 weeks old and a male puppy weighs around 15 pounds at that stage. As they develop they lose their chubbiness and are even lanky sometimes.
At 6 months a male Rottweiler will weigh around 70 pounds and should be 24 to 27 inches (61-69 cm) tall. They reach full maturity between 2 and 3 years and their bodies fill out beautifully. At this stage, they weigh anywhere between 110 pounds and a massive 132 pounds (between 50 and 60 kgs).
female Rottweiler
A female pup that has been weaned will weigh around 12 pounds at 8 weeks. At 6 months this weight will have increased by to around 60 to 63 pounds. They stand between 22 and 25 inches (56 – 63 cm) at this age. They are a bit clumsy and awkward at this stage. By the age of 2 to 3 years when she reaches adulthood, she will have gained admirably to stand at 77 to 105 pounds (35 and 48 kgs). She will also be graceful and evenly poised in her movements.

Their Intelligence
This is a difficult comparison. When you compare male vs. female Rottweiler intelligence, they both end up equally endowed. People have their opinions but these are not based on any piece of evidence but personal experience.
What is undisputed is that the Rottweiler is one of the most intelligent dogs. But their willingness to apply that intelligence is based on the attentive and sustained training, the right diet and proper care by the owners. Loyalty
Again there is no difference between the two sexes. It all boils down to how secure and attached the Rottweiler is to you and your family. The Rottweiler, male or female, is fiercely loyal to its family and will protect it by all means.
Protectiveness
They both are immensely courageous and will not back down from even large opponents. The male might have a slight height and weight advantage, but both are equally committed.
Aggression
Aggression is a purely individual issue and while an alpha male might be a bit more aggressive, many males are more restrained than some females. The motherly instincts of a female make them a bit more protective. It all boils down to the training they receive.

Training
It is easier to train a female as the latter tends to be more playful. But males perform better at dog shows as they are more eager to show off their alpha-style.
